Requirements:
What Youll Do
Inspect, diagnose, and recondition used vehicles
Perform repairs efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
Complete Virginia State Inspections
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Ensure vehicles are front-line ready for sale
What Were Looking For
Strong work ethic and reliability
Attention to detail and quality workmanship
Ability to diagnose and repair efficiently
Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
Takes ownership and accountability for work
Ability to successfully pass background check and drug screen.
Ford experience preferred (not required)
Valid
Virginia State Inspection License
(required)
