We are currently hiring for various shifts, including:
10:00 AM - 2:00 PM EST (Ohio, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey)
9:00 AM - 1:00 PM CST (Illinois)
8:00 AM - 12:00 PM MDT (Utah)
7:00 AM - 11:00 AM MST (Arizona)
Note: Shifts are Monday through Friday, with weekends as assigned.
Responsibilities Resolve cardmember inquiries related to fraud or security concerns, including verifying transactions, caller authentication, and reporting fraud.
Handle incoming calls and referrals, and make outbound calls as needed.
Manage and escalate risks and customer-impacting issues.
If working from home, maintain a quiet workspace with a minimum internet speed of 100 MBPS download and 10 MBPS upload, using a wired connection.
Utilize provided equipment, including monitors, laptop, keyboard, mouse, and headset, and participate in comprehensive training.
Qualifications High school diploma or GED
At least 1 year of call center or customer service experience
Physical and Cognitive Requirements Must be able to remain stationary, operate office equipment, communicate verbally and in writing, and complete skill assessments.
