We are seeking an Assistant To EVP - Americas to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Responsibilities: ASSISTANT TO CEO: Draft correspondences and other formal documents. Plan and schedule appointments, travels and events. Greet and assist onsite guests.Answer inbound telephone calls. Develop and implement organized filing systems. Perform all other office tasks. CUSTOMER SUPPORT ASSISTANT: Create sales and purchase orders on SAP platform Dispatch customer orders through close interaction with our 3PL warehouse representatives Obtain quotations from freight forwarders to import material from Europe and China into our warehouse in NJHandle customer inquiries and complaints over phone / emails Document and update customer records based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, sales, office administration or other related fieldsGood computer skills in Microsoft office. SAP knowledge preferred.
