You’ll support execution across design, procurement, and construction—ensuring projects are buildable, on schedule, and aligned with cost expectations. What you’ll be doingCoordinate contract, design, and shop drawings to ensure constructability Interface with fabricators, subcontractors, and owners to resolve design and procurement issues Collaborate with engineering teams to develop means&methods Support cost tracking, forecasting, and project financial visibility Drive alignment across teams to ensure efficient project execution Requirements B.S. in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent from accredited institution Minimum of 5 years experience in structural steel erection, heavy civil construction, bridge, vertical construction, or other steel structuresExperience actively interfacing with fabricators, subcontractors,&owners to resolve design issues, procurement issues, and constructability issues Coordination of contract drawings, design drawings, and shop drawings to facilitate an erectable final structure Experience actively interface with design engineers&construction engineers to develop thorough "means&methods" process Accurately realize "to-date" costs and project "final" costs thru completion Proficiency with MS Office products (Word/Excel) Excellent written and verbal skills No sponsorship at this time
