A Bachelor's degree in any field
A competitive drive and proven ability to achieve or exceed goals
Integrity and a high level of ethical standards — you're someone others can trust
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build real relationships
A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in leadership, marketing, or business development is a plus
Willingness and ability to obtain required industry licenses (including the Series 7 and 66) — full support provided
