Tax Manager (Public Accounting), Newark

I'm seeking a Tax Supervisor or Tax Manager for a leading CPA firm
--This role focuses on review and/or client management
--Clients are mainly closely held businesses, S-Corps, and C-Corps.
We have flexibility to hire at either the Supervisor or Manager level.

Key Responsibilities
Review Tax returns for Corporate, S-Corp, and C-Corps clients
Own client relationships and projects
Drive tax planning initiatives, and manage tax authority interactions
Manage projects/relationships from engagement and execution to billing
Support staff development
Support revenue growth for the firm through existing clients, with the ability to reap rewards for bringing in new clients.
Requirements:
BS in Accounting
5+ years' Tax Accounting, with advanced technical tax knowledge for Corporate, S-Corp and C-Corp clients
Public/CPA firm experience (must come directly from a public role)
Experience doing review of returns
Strong project and people management (for Manager level)
Supervisor level
Must at least be pursuing CPA and or EA
Manager level
Must at least be an EA, and pursuing CPA
