Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Billing Manager to lead a team in managing a high-volume billing process. This role requires strong leadership, process optimization, and exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Billing Analysts, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely completion of tasks.
- Oversee daily and monthly billing activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies and deadlines.
- Resolve complex billing issues and work with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth operations.
- Continuously improve billing processes and workflows for efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with departments like Risk, Pricing, and eBilling to resolve issues and ensure timely billing.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including 1-3 years in a supervisory role.
- Prior experience in legal billing or law firm environment preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
