JOB SUMMARY: The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, safe, and efficient warehouse under the direction of the warehouse supervisor. Execute the physical transfer of raw material throughout the facility and between facilities, and maintain accurate inventory records concerning the receiving, transfer, use, and disposal of materials. Resolve any discrepancies between the physical and system inventories. Manage inventory storage locations to maximize capacity, and perform transfers of materials internally and/or to off-site warehouse locations. Process raw material requests in a timely manner to ensure production campaigns are not delayed. Daily guidance and directions will be provided by the warehouse supervisor.ESSENTIAL DUTIES&RESPONSIBILITIES: Keep the warehouse and related areas clean and organized. Receive incoming raw materials and packaging supplies delivered to the Shipping Dock. Reconcile incoming materials against purchase orders or other similar documentation. Generate/update/maintain

accurate material inventory for the lifecycle of the material. Move materials between defined warehouse areas (receiving, quarantined, released, etc.) and other areas/facilities as appropriate. Proactively work with the Materials Manager and/or Warehouse Supervisor to generate and maintain all required paperwork for received materials.Track material

receiving/use/transfer/disposal

for the lifecycle of the material. Transfer raw materials, supplies, and equipment to production labs as requested by production Teams. Ensure that all warehouse storage locations comply with department safe storage standards and all applicable regulations. Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and housekeeping standards.Maintain physical warehouse inventory and correct any inventory discrepancies. Other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor in support of Warehouse Operations. Support daily production lab operations when needed. Work at multiple sites (in Delaware) where warehouse and/or related supporting functions may be needed.SKILLS&ABILITIES: Ability to operate motorized and non-motorized equipment, and handle up to 800 lb. drums. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be able to stand for long periods. Ability to perform basic math (e.g. add, subtract, multiply, divide, convert units of measure, work with fractions, percentages, etc.).Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of chemical safety and chemical hygiene to handle chemicals and hazardous materials safely. Ability to use common software (e.g. MS Word, MS Excel, etc.). Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license. Knowledge of shipping regulations for chemicals and hazardous materials is a plus.EDUCATION&EXPERIENCE:· Must have high school diploma or equivalent. · Previous warehouse experience and/or experience with chemicals and hazardous materials is a plus.
