Litigation Associate

We are looking for a Litigation Associate with 5-10 years of experience to join a nationally recognized boutique real estate law firm and handle complex commercial and construction litigation matters. You'll be stepping into a high-impact role where senior partners need someone who can independently manage court appearances, motion practice, and depositions.What Will You Be Doing?

Handling court appearances, case management conferences, and oral arguments on summary judgment motions Conducting depositions and cross-examining witnesses Managing complex commercial real estate litigation and contract disputes Representing insured architects, engineers, and contractors in construction defect and D&O claims as panel counsel for major insurance companies Supporting motion practice and litigation strategy across the firm's growing commercial litigation portfolio Key Requirements

5-10 years of litigation experience, preferably in commercial or real estate-related matters Admitted to the New Jersey Bar (New York or Pennsylvania bar admission is a strong plus) Ability to independently handle court appearances, depositions, and motion practice Background at a small-to-midsize, reputable litigation firm (not BigLaw unless willing to adjust expectations) Strong work ethic and commitment to being in-office; no lifestyle-first candidates
