Essential Functions Completing work orders Vacancy Preparations Plumbing, electric, carpentry, tiling, drywall, sparkling, framing, masonry and renovations (boiler and hot water tank maintenance and repairs not a requirement but a plus) other daily routine maintenance duties as assigned. Snow removalRotational on-call duties to respond to after-hours emergency calls. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Good communication and interpersonal skills to deal with residents Ability to follow oral and written instructions Ability to prioritize multiple tasks Ability to work effectively with a team A great attitude, good presence and energyPower tools, Bobcat/Skid loader Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent, trade school or certifications 5 years or more of experience Must be able to pass strict background checks, including drug testing Clean, valid driver's license Physical Demands: t he work requires routine walking, pushing carts, standing, bending, lifting, and transporting of materials used for repairs and installation,Job Type:
