Monmouth Cards is looking for Retail Sales Associates to join our store. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role focused on delivering a great in-store experience, helping customers find products, and supporting daily store operations. Key responsibilities include assisting customers with purchases, questions, and product recommendations; providing a friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging in-store experience; supporting sales of sealed product, single cards, and supplies; helping maintain store organization, cleanliness, and merchandising; processing transactions accurately and efficiently; restocking inventory and assisting with product displays; and supporting in-store events, promotions, and busy periods.Qualifications include strong communication and customer service skills, reliability and ability to work flexible hours (including nights and weekends), ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, interest in trading cards, collectibles, or sports is a plus, and prior retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.Success looks like positive customer interactions and repeat customers, strong product knowledge and helpful recommendations, efficient and accurate transactions, and a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment. Compensation: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour.
