- CMM Programming: Create and maintain PC-DMIS CMM programs to verify part quality and measure tool components.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and submit PPAPs, 8-D corrective actions, NCRs, and weekly logs.
- Systems Management: Manage the gauge calibration system and monitor product quality/reliability systems.
- Process Improvement: Develop Control Plans, In-Process Inspection Records, and implement detection systems to eliminate quality issues.
