About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their mission-driven healthcare organization.
The CFO will be a senior financial leader responsible for overseeing the financial strategy, operations, and compliance in a regulated healthcare environment.
This executive role involves providing leadership in financial matters, supporting growth initiatives, and ensuring strong financial governance.
The successful candidate will advise the executive team and Board on financial performance, lead all finance and accounting functions, and drive financial sustainability amid evolving healthcare reimbursement and funding models.
Key responsibilities for the CFO include leading the finance team, strengthening financial systems and controls, and managing audits and external financial reviews.
The role also requires the use of financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement, as well as the implementation of cost management and efficiency initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 10 years of progressive finance leadership experience, particularly in the healthcare sector.
A strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, as well as knowledge of regulatory environments and internal controls, is essential.
The CFO must have a proven ability to partner with senior leadership and collaborate cross-functionally.
