, is seeking an
experienced Audit Manager
to lead audit engagements, supervise teams, and serve as a trusted client contact.
This role offers a blend of
technical accounting, engagement leadership, and relationship management
within a collaborative firm culture.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage all phases of audit engagements
• Supervise, review, and mentor seniors and staff
• Review audit reports and financial statements for GAAP and standards compliance
• Coordinate engagement timelines, staffing, and workflow
• Serve as primary client contact and advisor
• Resolve complex accounting and auditing matters
• Conduct audit and accounting research using authoritative guidance
• Utilize audit technology and firm platforms effectively
• Communicate findings and recommendations to clients and firm leadership
Qualifications
• 7+ years of public accounting audit experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or related field)
• Active CPA or CPA-eligible required
• Strong GAAP and auditing standards expertise
• Experience leading and developing audit teams
• Proficiency with audit/accounting software and Microsoft Office
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple engagements independently while collaborating across teams
