Hamilton Connection in Hamden is hiring for Manufacturing Associates (Welding/Press Operation/Machine Operation/Assembly/CNC).

Hiring for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts!

We're seeking a dependable manufacturing assembler with experience in assembly, production lines, machining, or welding.

Key responsibilities for Manufacturing

Operate welding machines and presses Assemble parts; polish and finish as needed Perform first-piece inspection and document results Calibrate equipment CNC operators, set up helpful Requirements for Manufacturing Associates

Monday-Friday 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Prior manufacturing experience Read and follow blueprints (preferred) Able to lift up to 30 lbs frequently Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen Details

$18-20+ Depending on experience 1st: 7am-3:30 2nd: 3pm-12:30 Mon-Thurs, Fri 3pm-7pm 3rd: 11pm-7:30am Sunday night- Friday Morning
