4:30 PM) with breaks and a 30-minute lunch Mentorship and training from a hands-on manager and a highly experienced team Career growth opportunities within a well-established manufacturing company Work directly with B2B customers and cross-functional teams Fully on-site with exposure to multiple systems, applications, and processesINDA What You'll Do: Manage assigned territories and serve B2B customers with excellence Process orders, CCFs, and RGAs accurately and efficiently Respond to inquiries about pricing, product availability, order status, and shipping Ensure timely issue resolution while balancing company policies and customer needsSuggest and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience Collaborate closely with sales, shipping, finance, and order entry teams Document processes and help train new team members What We're Looking For: 5+ years of customer service experience in a manufacturing or B2B environmentStrong multitasking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills Excellent computer skills; comfortable using 68 applications across multiple monitors ERP experience (JD Edwards preferred) and CRM systems (Salesforce or Microsoft CRM) Team-oriented, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentPreferred Skills: Experience mentoring or training junior staff Familiarity with complex or custom manufacturing processes Previous high-volume order management experience Schedule&Environment: MondayFriday, day shift Fully on-site; commutable to New Haven, CT Fast-paced, collaborative team environment Exposure to multiple systems and processes, with hands-on mentorship
