About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. This executive leadership role is pivotal in shaping the financial strategy of the organization and has a direct impact on both strategic planning and day-to-day financial operations. The CFO will lead all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cash management, and will serve as a key partner to the CEO and executive team in financial decision-making. Compliance with GAAP, regulatory requirements, and internal controls is essential, as is the oversight of revenue cycle management and financial relationships. The successful candidate will also be responsible for presenting financial results and strategic initiatives to the Board of Directors.

Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a CPA or MBA strongly preferred. A minimum of 12 years' progressive financial leadership experience, particularly within healthcare or nonprofit sectors, is required. The role demands a deep understanding of healthcare reimbursement modelsand the regulatory environment, as well as proven experience in partnering with executive leadership and Board-level stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership presence, the ability to influence across the organization, and a hands-on approach that balances strategic and tactical operations. Responsibilities also include driving process improvements, cost optimization, and financial system enhancements, as well as leading audits, tax filings, and external financial relationships.
