About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Game Experience and In-Game Production. This pivotal role is dedicated to leading the live event and game presentation strategy for both the NFL and NBA franchises. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and overseeing all aspects of in-stadium and in-arena experiences, ensuring they are authentic, memorable, and engaging for fans. This includes leading the Game Experience and In-Game Production department, supervising live entertainment, show calling, content development, and staff leadership. The Executive Director will also be tasked with strategic planning, budget management, and fostering strong relationships with various stakeholders to enhance the overall game presentation.

Applicants for the Executive Director position should be strong creative and operational leaders with a passion for live events and fan engagement. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 8-10 years' experience in producing live entertainment, and 5-7 years' of leadership experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in calling games, particularly in football, and a background in brand campaign development and customer engagement.
