We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer (PE) to join a growing engineering team in New Orleans. This role is ideal for a professional with strong technical design and construction management experience who is passionate about infrastructure development and community impact. The selected candidate will play a key role in project execution, client satisfaction, and overall team growth.Key Responsibilities

Lead and support civil engineering projects including roadway, drainage, water, and sewer design

Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for technical design and documentation

Ensure compliance with local DPW and SWB specifications and standards

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage project schedules and deliverables

Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams

Contribute to strategic growth initiatives within the engineering division

Qualifications

Professional Engineer (PE) license in Louisiana -

Required

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering -

Required

Minimum 10 years of civil engineering experience

Prior experience with DPW and SWB projects -

Preferred

Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D -

Required

Experience with MicroStation and Open Roads -

Plus

Strong decision-making and team collaboration skills

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
