Role: Senior CDP Manager / Operator

Location: Remote or hybrid

Overview: The Senior CDP Manager is responsible for the hands-on configuration, management, and optimization of CDP tools across client environments. This role ensures CDPs are governed, reliable, and aligned to key operational use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead configuration and ongoing management of Segment, Hightouch, or similar CDPs

Own and maintain tracking plans, schema enforcement, identity resolution, and audience trait creation

Build and optimize reverse ETL pipelines and destination syncs

Implement best practices for naming conventions, user roles/permissions, and data QA

Provide operational enablement and documentation to support internal teams and client users

Monitor platform health and collaborate with engineering on issue resolution

Requirements:

3 5 years hands-on experience working with Segment, Hightouch, Rudderstack, or similar tools

Strong understanding of customer identity resolution, data flows, and audience management

Experience working with event-based data and product analytics tooling (Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.)

Attention to detail in documentation and configuration hygiene

Comfort working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
