Job Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze ad performance, ensuring KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and CPC are met or exceeded.

Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop engaging marketing assets.

Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and best practices.

Provide regular performance reports and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing or performance advertising.

Proficient in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and/or other digital platforms.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A growth mindset and eagerness to learn new tools and strategies.
