Remote job Virtual Assistant (Part-time), New York

Looking for a personal part-time Virtual Assistant who will handle scheduling, correspondence, day-to-day coordination, and basic administrative tasks. This is a part time remote job which requires strong organization, attention to detail, and discretion in handling confidential matters.
Job mode:
•Remote part-time job with flexible schedule.
Duties include:
• Provide daily administrative and executive support
• Manage calendar, appointments, reminders and follow ups
• Email and inbox management
• Data entry and simple data analysis
• Handle sensitive and confidential information processionally
• Track tasks, deadlines, and action items
• Ability to write reports to be submitted weekly

Qualification
• 6 - 12 months administrative assistant experience
• Proficient user of Google workspace/Microsoft office especially word, excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to use scheduling softwares like calendly and motion
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to work and make decisions with little or no supervision
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Good communication skills
