Learn about the Danaher Business System which makes everything possible.The Associate Technician Production Operations is responsible for all aspects of pack prefill, conjugate IPT, calibrator prefill and value assignment testing. This position reports to the Reagent Operations Supervisor and is part of the Reagents and Other Consumables department. Candidates must be able to work fully on-site in Chaska, Minnesota on second shift, Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM.In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Work closely within the Reagent Operations team to support customers and drive continuous improvement and model Core Behaviors Follow written instructions (SOP) for all critical processes The essential requirements of the job include: AA Degree 0-1 years of experience working in a regulated lab facilityAbility to apply basic analytical skills or scientific methods to perform activities It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Working within clearly defined standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods and adhering to quality guidelines Strong PC Skills Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
