Support a globally recognized principal in a high-impact, elite administrative role based on the Upper East Side. Partner directly with the President & CEO to seamlessly orchestrate complex international travel, high-profile stakeholder engagement, and fast-paced daily C-suite operations. This position requires exceptional operational sophistication, cross-cultural competence, and the highest level of professional discretion to navigate a prestigious environment.

salary: $80,000 - $95,000 per year

Responsibilities

  • Calendar & Movement Management: Coordinate the President & CEO’s daily schedule, issue invitations, resolve conflicts, and ensure engagements run on time.

  • Briefing & Preparation: Partner with advisors and staff to collate and organize vital briefing materials for all meetings.

  • Travel Logistics: Arrange complex domestic and international travel, build itineraries, and troubleshoot issues in real-time.

  • Office & Communications: Manage the physical/remote office, host visitors, screen calls, and draft/monitor urgent written and electronic correspondence.

  • Board & External Liaison: Support timely engagement with Board Trustees and manage commitments with external international institutions.

  • Finances & Administration: Reconcile expense reports, maintain accurate contact files, and order office supplies.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $80,000 – $95,000 (based on skills, experience, and equity).
