Manage requirements and maintain power budgets. Perform detailed analysis and select appropriate components. Produce design documentation, including schematics, parts lists, and cable designs. Create test plans, write technical reports, and support the build/test of assembled hardware. Collaborate with manufacturing and laboratory teams, providing hands-on technical assistance throughout the product lifecycle.Who You Are Electrical Engineer with 1-3 years of experience in power electronics, power supplies, and power systems. Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage requirements, budgets, and detailed design work. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and written/verbal communication abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable producing clear technical documentation. Able to work effectively in cross-functional teams, act independently, and resolve problems and conflicts.
