Back-End Developer

We are actively looking for a Back-End Developer in Bentonville AR or Remote. Job duties include developing innovation strategies, processes, and best practices, driving the execution of multiple business plans and projects, supporting and ensuring business objectives are met, leading the discovery phase of medium to large projects, leading a small group of engineers for assigned engineering projects, leading and participating in end to end service implementations, designing and implementing low latency services, promoting and supporting company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity, and troubleshooting business and production issues. Strong Java/J2EE, SpringBoot, Kafka, design pattern, event sourcing, and event based architecture. Cassandra, SQL, NOSQL database experience. Knowledge of technologies used in building scalable, distributed systems in virtualized cloud environments.
