Lieberman, Inc. is seeking a Market Research Project Director to join our quantitative research team. This role involves managing custom research projects from start to finish, with a focus on delivering actionable insights to clients. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about using data to solve business challenges.Qualifications: 2–4 years of market research experience BA/BS in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, sociology, economics, business) Proficiency in PowerPoint, SPSS, Excel, and Word Strong communication skills Experience in pharma, healthcare, or retail preferred Responsibilities: Independently manage multiple research projectsWrite questionnaires and manage fieldwork Oversee data processing and analysis (including multivariate techniques) Analyze and synthesize data to address key business questions Assist in creating accurate, business-oriented reports using intuitive charts, infographics, and graphics Proof and post numbers for toplines and reportsPartner with and provide guidance to Junior Project Directors We offer competitive pay, generous benefits, Summer Friday hours, and a collaborative environment.
