We are looking for a specialist for the position of Construction Supervisor.Your Tasks:

Managing a group of installers (40-50 people), planning, and coordinating work. Planning schedules and resources in close cooperation with the production, logistics, equipment, and installation teams. Contact with the client and all project parties– you are the key contact on site. Ensuring high quality standards and their continuous improvement.Your Qualifications:

Professional experience (also in the form of internships or previous projects)– preferably in the construction or energy sector. Good knowledge of office programs and willingness to learn our ERP system (Navision). Ability to communicate at different levels – from installers to clients. Willingness to travel for work and a valid driver’s license category B.Independence, good organization, and stress resistance. Fluent English. Knowledge of German is desirable. What We Offer:
