The Details You Need to Know: Full-Time Schedule: Monday: 8:30AM - 6:00PM Thursday: 8:30-6:00PM Friday: 8:30AM - 5:30PM Saturday: 8:30AMm -1:00PM(Rotating) What You’ll Be Doing: Administrative Support Duties Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient flow throughout the day. Check patients in and out, process copays, and handle balance dues with accuracy and care. Keep things organized behind the scenes to help the whole office runsmoothly. Clinical Support Duties Greet patients and families warmly as they arrive. Collect patient info, update records in our EMR (AthenaOne experience is a bonus!), and assist with medical histories. Take vital signs like blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature— and help patients get ready for theirvisit. Assist with basic clinical procedures and coordinate care based on physician instructions. Keep exam rooms stocked, sanitized, and ready to go! What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent required Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) is a big plus At least 1 year of experience in a medicaloffice— pediatric experience is highly preferred Strong multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced setting Familiarity with medical terminology and clinical procedures Comfortable with EMR systems (AthenaOne is a bonus!) High School Compensation Offered: Hourly - Hourly Plan, 20.50 USD Hourly The salary/rateprovided complies with local regulations and reflects the potential base compensation for this role.
