About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior iOS Engineer to own and scale the mobile experience for a next-generation AI-driven product focused on human connection and emotional intelligence.

This role is for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, loves shipping beautiful, high-performing mobile apps, and cares deeply about user experience. You’ll join a small, high-trust team of builders, designers, and operators who believe technology should make people feel more connected — not less.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end iOS development using Swift, UIKit, and SwiftUI

• Translate Figma designs into smooth, polished, and intuitive mobile interfaces

• Build and maintain core product features, such as chat, audio systems, and real-time experiences

• Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to ship quickly and iterate on user feedback

• Establish scalable architecture, implement testing frameworks, and monitor performance and crash analytics

• Champion app quality — mentor others, own reviews, and raise the bar for craft

• Think like a user — test, refine, and ensure every detail feels intentional

Who You Are

• 5+ years of professional iOS development experience in Swift

• Deep understanding of UI/UX and performance optimization

• Startup-minded: you move fast, take ownership, and thrive on building from 0→1
