• Build new products and features from 0 → 1 , shaping how users interact with our platform

• Take ownership of initiatives from conception through launch, ensuring real value delivery

• Collaborate closely with teammates across engineering, product, and design to influence roadmap and feature priorities

• Talk directly to users to better understand pain points and opportunities

• Help strengthen our engineering culture by participating in interviews, mentoring peers, and recommending strong talent

• 8+ years of experience building and shipping applications

• Proficiency in TypeScript and experience with modern frontend or backend frameworks

• Experience scaling systems with technologies like React, Next.js, Node.js, MongoDB, and AWS

• Proven success in product-focused startup or scale-up environments

• Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a sense of ownership

• Ability to balance speed and quality while solving complex problems
