Norfolk, VA Start Date Is: ASAP Duration: Permanent Compensation Range: $50,000$55,000 total compensation first year + uncapped commission We are seeking an experienced media sales Account Executive to grow and manage advertising revenue across television, streaming, digital, and integrated media solutions. This individual will focus on both new business generation and expanding existing client relationships.Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Prospect and close new advertising business Manage and grow an existing book of business Sell total media solutions including streaming, broadcast TV, banner ads, apps, and digital campaigns Conduct client meetings and presentations Collaborate with internal sales and creative teamsMaintain pipeline activity and reporting within Salesforce Achieve activity metrics and quarterly revenue goals Requirements: Must-Haves:
3+ years of media, TV, or digital advertising sales experience Strong understanding of digital marketing and streaming products Proven ability to generate new business revenue Self-starter mentality with strong prospecting skills Strong communication and presentation abilities Experience managing a book of businessComfortable working in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment Ability to explain modern streaming vs traditional broadcast consumption trends
Nice-to-Haves:
Existing book of business or transferable client relationships Experience selling integrated TV + digital campaigns Knowledge of programmatic advertising or analytics tools Agency-side relationship experience Salesforce CRM experience
