Job Description
We have an open Sr.
Digital Enterprise Architect position.
We are looking for someone to come in and help with Digital Transformation program (WCS Services + API Gateway + NodeJS) The ideal candidate will be local and have the following experience:
Education and Experience: (MUST HAVE)
Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent required
10+ years of previous related work experience required
3 -5 years of previous experience with Digital solutions and architecture – mobile and desktop
Knowledge of Manhattan Distributed Order Management, SAP, IBM Websphere a plus.
Expert knowledge and experience with application architectures and design (SOA, SOAP, REST, Gang of Four)
Experience with Websphere Commerce including REST API development
Node.js experience / understanding with frameworks such as Angular or ReactJS
Proficiency with Web Services / APIs and excellent understanding of JSON / XML
Desired Skills: (Must have some)
Experience in one or more of - Ruby, Python, jQuery
Using REST APIs within mobile applications
Hybrid mobile application development (iOS and/or Android) using Cordova, Ionic, and related technologies
Container strategies and ecosystems such as Docker, Kubernetes
Native mobile application development (Android with Java and/or iOS with Swift/Objective C)
Qualifications
Skills and Behaviors:
Proven ability as a strategic thinker with the ability to assess the current state against the target start and provide the big picture, future vision.
Professional experience managing projects and development with agile software development methodologies, automated testing, and shared services design.
Experience with cloud technologies, providers and application design considerations.
Demonstration of knowledge pertaining to IT Security best practices and integration with application authorization and access.
