A successful and growing private equity firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a small team of investor relations professionals for their new NYC office.
The ideal candidate will be able to handle IR related tasks, will be extremely detailed oriented and a team player!

Responsibilities
Calendar management for executives across time zones
Coordinate a high-volume of internal and external meetings and prepare meeting materials
Arrange detailed international and domestic travel itineraries
Roadshow coordination
Working with other offices
CRM tracking and updates
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Experience in Financial Services
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
