What you’ll be doing Support fire sprinkler projects from bid stage through project closeout Prepare takeoffs, estimates, and bid packages for sprinkler systems Assist with system layout and coordination with design teams Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and vendorsTrack schedules, costs, and project progress Support procurement of materials and equipment Ensure compliance with NFPA standards and AHJ requirements What you bring 3–5+ years of fire sprinkler system experience Experience with a sprinkler contractor or similar construction environment Background in estimating, takeoffs, or bid preparation Exposure to project coordination or project management Understanding of NFPA 13 and related fire protection codesAbility to manage multiple projects and work independently Nice to have AutoCAD or sprinkler design software experience NICET certification Exposure to full-cycle project management Knowledge of construction scheduling and job costing
