Description

Our client, a prominent midtown Finance firm, is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to an Executive.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized and detail oriented.
JOB DETAILS
COMPANY: Finance firm
POSITION: Executive Assistant to Executive
LOCATION: Midtown, New York fully onsite
HOURS: 8:30am-5:30pm with flexibility to work early mornings and evenings as needed
COMPENSATION: $150k-$165k base DOE plus Discretionary Bonus and Great Benefits!
Responsibilities
Calendar management, including scheduling and prioritizing meetings and appointments.
Email management, including organizing and prioritizing correspondence and signaling critical matters.
Meeting & event management, including overseeing logistics of upcoming meetings, events & speaking engagements
Travel management, planning & booking domestic & international travel, including flights, accommodations & itineraries.
Expense management, efficient expense reimbursement through Concur.
Personal tasks, including: getting breakfast and lunch, sourcing family gifts for birthdays and holidays, and securing restaurant reservations
Requirements:
Problem-solving: Anticipates needs and resolves issues before they arise
Organizational skills: Prioritizes effectively and manages multiple tasks seamlessly, with strong attention to detail
Flexibility & adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment, comfortable working outside of business hours as needed
Confidentiality: High level of discretion
Communication: Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Interpersonal skills: Warm, personable, ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Technical skills: Proficient in Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & ideally also project management tools
