Customer Service Associate, Nevada

Our Client, an Utility And Energy Generation And Distribution  company, is looking for a Customer Service Associate for their Las Vegas, NV location.

 

Responsibilities:

Performs any other miscellaneous duties as required by Supervisory personnel in the department to which assigned, including bookkeeping and entering functions, as well as customer contacts either in person or by telephone.

May be required by the Company to pass written and/or proficiency test covering any of the following qualifications. (Only those qualifications as specified in points one through five below, which are considered by Company for a particular Clerical Representative vacancy, shall be posted):

Typing with acceptable speed and accuracy (40 w.p.m.).

Aptitude for more complex arithmetical calculations.

Ability to operate various complex office machines/equipment.

Aptitude for routine accounting clerical operations and bookkeeping entries.

Receive cash payments, balance and prepare daily cash reports.

 

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

An employee who after passing a clerical aptitude test, may be assigned to perform any and all advanced clerical or secretarial functions which require greater judgment and initiative in non-routine situations.
