What to Expect Job Responsibilities:
Deliver world-class service in every customer interaction, ensuring trust and confidence
Answer 50+ inbound calls daily while maintaining 100% accuracy in policy servicing and claims support
Proactively identify retention risks or coverage gaps and escalate to the sales team as necessary
Maintain precise records and documentation in CRM and internal systems
Collaborate with teammates and sales partners to strengthen overall execution and customer experience
What is Required Minimum of ONE YEAR of relevant industry experience (preferably in insurance)
Must possess active Property & Casualty AND Life & Health licenses (preferred to start)
Strong customer-centric mindset with exceptional communication skills
Ability to demonstrate resilience and adaptability in high-pressure situations
Commitment to maintaining high standards for personal accountability and follow-through
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Previous experience in a customer service role within the insurance industry
Familiarity with CRM and internal systems for maintaining customer records
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and process discipline
Ability to contribute positively to team dynamics and culture
Willingness to seek ongoing learning opportunities to improve skills
