job summary:

Operations Coordinator for a global leader in mobility products and services. This role is responsible to assist and support operations within the branch service department.

responsibilities:

• Booking and scheduling all State required testing with AIA's (Approved Inspection Agency)

• Tracking NOV's (notice of violations) on spreadsheets

• Communicates with customers on progress of NOV's

• Utilizes the State database (TCE) to keep records current

• Assists with scheduling NOV repairs with mechanics and superintendent

• Assist with payroll entry

Required Qualifications:

• Must have operations experience

• Experience using Smartsheets

• Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook

• Ability to resolve customer inquiries via phone or email
