What This Role Brings:
$20$25/hr average all-in (base pay + tips + bonuses)

What You'll Spend Your Days Doing:
Drive a company truck to residential and commercial locations
Communicate clearly with customers and walk them through the estimate process
Remove furniture, appliances, and other unwanted items safely
Lift and carry 75+ lbs throughout the shift
Divert items for donation, recycling, or proper disposal
Stay in touch with operations to keep the day organized
Who We're Looking For:
People who like staying active and busy
Strong communicators with a helpful, respectful approach
Team players who take responsibility for their work
Individuals comfortable with full, physical workdays
Drivers 21+ with a valid license and clean driving record for the past 3 years
Availability to work at least one weekend day
