Contract About the Role We are currently hiring an

Inventory Control Associate

to support a fast-paced production and logistics environment focused on advanced battery lifecycle management. This role works closely with production and logistics teams to ensure accurate inventory control, order processing, and stock management. Maintain strong attendance and punctuality

Follow all company policies and safety procedures (including PPE requirements)

Reconcile inventory reports and perform cycle counts

Monitor and maintain stock levels for production programs

Support order processing and logistics coordination

Collect and enter battery and/or component order information

Communicate with internal teams and external customers regarding inventory orders and stock maintenance

Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Participate in bi-weekly team meetings and provide updates

Assist management with improving production and inventory processes

Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required: High school diploma or equivalent

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)

Strong computer and system navigation skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Customer service mindset with problem-solving abilities

Preferred: Prior experience in inventory control, production planning, logistics, or administrative support

Work Environment&Physical Requirements

Combination of office and warehouse environment

May include time in non-temperature-controlled areas

Standing and walking for extended periods

Sitting and computer work for extended periods

Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
