We are seeking dependable and hardworking Heavy Labor Warehouse Associates with experience in assembly and production environments. The ideal candidate will be comfortable performing physically demanding tasks, working in a fast-paced setting, and maintaining productivity while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.Key Responsibilities: Perform heavy lifting, loading, unloading, and movement of materials throughout the warehouse Assemble products and components according to company specifications and production guidelines Operate hand tools, power tools, and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently Assist with production line operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentPackage, label, and prepare products for shipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse protocols Meet daily production and performance goals Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet standards Assist with inventory organization and general warehouse duties as neededQualifications: Previous warehouse, assembly, or production experience required Ability to perform heavy physical labor and lift up to 50–75 pounds consistently Experience working in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Work Environment: Fast-paced warehouse and production settingRequires standing, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling for extended periods May involve exposure to varying temperatures and loud noise levels.
