Line Cook Location: Artesia, CA Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

About Us: Honest Restaurant is a fast-growing, authentic vegetarian Indian restaurant known for fresh ingredients, teamwork, and consistency. We’re looking for a dependable Line Cook who takes pride in maintaining high standards in both food and kitchen cleanliness.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to provided recipes and standards Maintain proper food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures Set up and stock stations before service Ensure kitchen and prep areas remain clean and organized Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staffAssist in inventory management and minimize food waste

Requirements:

Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook preferred Knowledge of Indian cuisine is a plus (but not required— training provided) Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen Punctual, reliable, and a team player Authorized to work in the U.S.

Schedule: Flexible—

weekends and evenings required

Pay: Depending on experience
