The Role
Were on the hunt for an energetic and motivated Personal Trainer / Fitness Coach who thrives in a dynamic group training environment. You will lead our members through science-backed, high-energy workouts that combine strength, cardio, and core conditioning in a progressive, community-driven setting.

What You'll Do

Deliver high-quality, consistent coaching across all BFT session formats

Inspire, motivate, and support members to achieve their individual goals

Offer personalized guidance while managing a group training floor

Foster a strong sense of community, accountability, and fun

Maintain studio cleanliness, safety, and energy throughout every class

What We're Looking For

Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) or Group Fitness Instructor (NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA, or similar)

Strong knowledge of functional training, movement patterns, and exercise science

Positive attitude with exceptional communication and leadership skills

Ability to energize a room and build rapport with members of all fitness levels

Passionate about fitness, health, and continuous personal growth
