Description
We are seeking a committed and passionate After School Program Coordinator to design a program that includes academic, enrichment and physical activities at West Oakland Middle School.
Benefits:
Pay rate: Starting $33 per hour (depending on experience)
Full Time: 40 hours per week (Typical work hours are from 10:00 am - 6:30 pm)
Paid BACR holidays

Minimum Requirements
3 years experience in a K-12 setting or other youth lead program
1 year experience as a supervisor and proven ability to lead a team
Available Monday through Friday 9:30 am - 6:30 pm
Must have an (a) Associate Degree or higher, or (b) 48 or more college units, or (c) High School Diploma or GED and pass Instructional Aide exam
Must have a negative TB clearance
Must pass a criminal background check
Responsibilities:
Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operation, supervision, and safety of the program at the school site
Meeting agency and district recording requirements: attendance, payroll, and compliance
Create, plan, and facilitate engaging enrichment and physical activities for students
Promote a safe and positive emotional climate in the classroom, the campus, and your team
Coaching and mentoring of staff

Above is the pay range for this position that we reasonably expect to pay. Individual compensation is based on various factors including experience/education, skillset, and geographic location.
