Our Bay Area Property Management company is hiring a Maintenance Technician to help maintain our portfolio of industrial, commercial, and residential properties throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. We are looking for a dependable, hands-on technician who can perform general maintenance repairs and respond to property work orders. If you have basic experience in carpentry, drywall, plumbing, painting, or light electrical, we encourage you to apply.Typical Duties Include Drywall repair, patching, texture, and painting Light plumbing and electrical repairs Door and hardware installation and repair Basic carpentry and framing repairs Roof patching and leak troubleshooting Concrete or asphalt patching (light repairs) Flooring repairs or installation assistanceRoutine property inspections and preventative maintenance Responding to maintenance requests and emergency repairs You will work across multiple industrial, commercial and residential properties in the Bay Area.

Minimum Requirements High school diploma or GED Basic maintenance or construction experience preferred Ability to use common hand tools and power tools Ability to lift up-to 50 lbs. Valid California Driver’s License Ability to work both indoors and outdoors

Ideal Candidates Have Experience In Industrial, commercial and residential property maintenance Carpentry or general construction Facilities maintenance Handyman or repair work
