Shift: Night Shift

We are seeking an Entry-Level Steel Welder for our night shift operation in Ocala, FL. This role is responsible for assembling and welding steel components using MIG welding techniques. The ideal candidate will assist with the set-up, layout, and tack-up of precision frame weldments and brackets while maintaining tight tolerances. This position requires the ability to read and interpret complicated blueprints and perform both horizontal and vertical welding.

• MIG weld milled steel and stainless steel components
• Perform horizontal and vertical down plug welds
• Set up, lay out, and tack-up precision frame weldments and brackets
• Square, align, and weld various component shapes
• Weld precision frames to exact tolerances
• Read and interpret detailed blueprints and schematics
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

• Weld in both vertical and horizontal planes
• Assemble steel structures according to specifications
• Ensure weld quality meets required tolerances

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
