More information: 2025 Position Summary: The RN/LPN Supervisor is responsible for managing clinical staff and operations during weekend shifts, ensuring quality patient care, compliance, and efficient teamwork. Primary Responsibilities: * Supervise nursing staff and oversee clinical activities. * Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies. * Address and resolve patient and family concerns. * Conduct patient rounds to monitor care and safety. * Manage staffing levels and adjust as necessary. Requirements: * Current RN or LPN license. * Prior supervisory experience in healthcare. * Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Additional Duties: * Support resident rights, safety protocols, and collaborative team dynamics. * Promote positive interactions with residents, families, and visitors.
