Were seeking a
Customer Service Representative
who is service-oriented, detail-driven, and comfortable speaking up when a customer could benefit from better coverage or additional protection.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, problem-solving, and building real relationshipsnot just processing transactions.
No prior insurance experience is required.
We provide training and support throughout the licensing process.
What Youll Do
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, answering questions and providing policy guidance
Review customer profiles to understand needs and recommend appropriate coverage
Assist with policy changes, updates, and service requests
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Work collaboratively with a supportive, team-first agency

Willing to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses prior to start date (Agency will reimburse licensing costs after hire)
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
