The Senior Estimator will analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to determine project costs while leading estimating initiatives that support NGis continued growth and profitability.Key Responsibilities Lead preparation of detailed estimates for interior and exterior wall system projects Interpret and analyze plans, specifications, and contract documents to define project scope Develop quantity take-offs, pricing strategies, and bid proposals Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients during preconstructionAnalyze historical cost data and market conditions to ensure accuracy and competitiveness Manage bid schedules, subcontractor outreach, and vendor coordination Identify risks, value engineering opportunities, and constructability considerations Mentor and develop junior estimators within the teamEducation&Experience Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred 7+ yearsof experience in commercial construction estimating, preferably in wall systems (drywall, framing, plaster, etc.) Technical Skills&Software Proficient inOn-Screen Takeoff (OST),Bluebeam, and other estimating or accounting software Strong command ofMicrosoft Office Suite Familiarity with scheduling software is a plus Qualifications&Attributes Deep understanding of construction methods, materials, and bid processes Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines simultaneously Demonstrated leadership and mentoring ability within a team environment Collaborative mindset and attention to detailAdditional Requirements Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic construction environment Equal Opportunity Employer NGi is proud to be anEqual Employment
